2010/11 Season - A Great Success
The 2010/11 Season is now over and what a season it was.
On the 21st of November 2010, the Abbeyfeale Ladies team completed the hattrick of Munster titles when they defeated Ashling Annacotty 1-0 to win the Munster Senior Cup for the first time in the clubs history.
To top off this great feat, our Mens Junior soccer team captured the Desmond Premier League title in heroic fashion when they clawed back Shannonsides 10 point league lead to capture the league crown on the last day of the season. This was the clubs third Premier League title and probably the most nail bitting of all.
Congratulations to all involved and hopefully 2011/12 can be another great season.
